Overview

EP Tours & Travels ("EP Tours & Travels", "we", "us") operates from Manjalungal, Pattambi, Palakkad, Kerala, India. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, and how we use it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you choose to share with us, such as when you:

  • Send an enquiry through our contact form (name, phone number, email if provided, selected service and message)
  • Message us directly on WhatsApp
  • Call or email us using the contact details on this website

We do not collect payment information, government ID numbers, or sensitive personal data through this website.

How the Contact Form Works

Our website contact form does not send data to a server or database. When you submit the form, your browser builds a WhatsApp message from the details you entered and opens WhatsApp so you can send it directly to our team. Once sent, that message is handled the same way as any other WhatsApp conversation, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

Information you share with us is used only to respond to your enquiry, provide the travel service you've asked about, and stay in touch regarding your booking or request. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

This website links to WhatsApp and Instagram, and embeds a Google Maps view of our location. These third-party services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

Cookies

This website does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics tools are added in future to help us understand website usage, this policy will be updated accordingly.

Data Security

We take reasonable care to protect the information shared with us. However, no method of transmission over the internet or WhatsApp is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that we stop contacting you regarding a past enquiry.
