About Our Services

EP Tours & Travels, based in Manjalungal, Pattambi, Palakkad, Kerala, assists customers with air ticketing, visit visas, visa stamping, visa assistance, certificate attestation, recruitment-related travel support, tour packages, hotel bookings, Hajj and Umrah travel, Holy Land packages, and passport services. We act as a facilitator between you and airlines, visa authorities, hotels, and other travel or government bodies.

Enquiries and Bookings

Enquiries made through this website, by phone, or on WhatsApp do not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings, ticket issuance, and visa applications are confirmed only once details, payment, and required documentation have been finalised directly with our team.

Pricing and Availability

Fares, visa fees, hotel rates, and package prices are subject to change based on airline, government, and supplier policies, and are confirmed at the time of booking. We do not guarantee prices quoted informally until a booking is confirmed.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete personal, travel, and document information
  • Ensure your passport and travel documents meet validity requirements for your destination
  • Review your visa, ticket, and booking details carefully once received
  • Comply with the entry, visa, and health requirements of your destination country

Visa and Travel Approvals

Visa approvals, visit permits, and similar authorisations are granted at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy, consulate, or government authority. EP Tours & Travels assists with preparation and submission of applications but cannot guarantee approval.

Pilgrimage Travel (Hajj, Umrah & Holy Land Packages)

Hajj, Umrah, and Holy Land travel arrangements are subject to the policies, quotas, and requirements set by the relevant religious and government authorities. We assist with planning and documentation, conducted with care and cultural respect.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation, refund, and amendment terms for flights, hotels, and packages are governed by the policies of the respective airline, hotel, or supplier, and will be communicated to you at the time of booking.

Limitation of Liability

EP Tours & Travels is not liable for delays, cancellations, denied entry or visa refusals, or other circumstances arising from the policies or actions of airlines, embassies, hotels, or government authorities beyond our control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
